CHASE? bank along with Living Social sponsored a grant contest for small businesses? MISSION:SMALL BUSINESS.
To qualify for competing for the grant, each business had to get 250 consumer votes, as well as submit a grant proposal.
We here at Divine Central only found out about the contest 4 days before it closed!? And guess what? We actually got enough votes to qualify! 263!
We didn?t get chosen for a grant in the end (only 12 recipients were chosen) but what a feeling it was to engage so much support so quickly!
