How to Use an Inversion Table ? ClearSkys | Computers & Technology
Though they look intimidating, one should not be scared of using an inversion table. However, you should seek a doctor?s advice before commencing the therapy. There are certain disorders that may hinder one from being able to invert their body completely. You may proceed when the doctor says it?s okay to do so.
Have someone else to act a spotter nearby, especially for the first several times. This person should be well aware of what you?re doing. While most tables are easy to use, it takes some time for one to get used to their mechanical operation. Having a spotter gives some safety assurance-you will be able to go down and up as you like. If you don?t feel comfortable with the table, you can try an inversion chair instead.
Be gentle as you go down. On inverting yourself completely for the first time, you?ll feel a massive blood rush to your head. While this is easy to get used to, you should be prepared for it and work into it gently. Move down about 10 degrees every half minute till you?re completely vertical. If this is too quick, do it slowly at a pace which you feel comfortable with. Descending too fast may induce a feeling of lightheadedness due to the rapid movement of blood.
Be gentle on your way up as well. Doing it too fast may cause you to become lightheaded and blackout. At this point, you may be assisted by the spotter especially if you?re a beginner who hasn?t yet mastered the device controls.
Hang for several minutes. For most people, 5 minutes are enough to stretch the body without overdoing it. Initially, you may start to become impatient. In this case, try to relax and breathe smoothly. Keep in mind that because you aren?t using gravity boots, you have some extra support to assist you.
Focus on the task at hand. Inversion therapy works well when one becomes accustomed to it. By concentrating on stretching your hips, back, ligaments and other tight areas, you?ll notice a substantial increase in effectiveness.
When you feel comfortable, swing several times back and forth then side to side in a restrained manner. Don?t attempt this if it?s your first time. After you?re comfortable, you will find that this aids in stretching out the body. Be careful to avoid overdoing this. You should also be supervised by an experienced person when attempting this exercise.
Performing this routine for one week will make you feel better. However, it won?t fix your problems. You need an inversion table every day to counteract the gravitational force. Before purchasing, read some online reviews and try out various devices. This will help you find the equipment that suits your body perfectly. All devices are almost equally effective in helping people stretch their backs. You therefore don?t have to spend lots of money on an expensive piece of equipment.

WASHINGTON (AP) ? Average U.S. rates on fixed mortgages fell this week and are just slightly above record lows reached earlier this year. The low rates have contributed to a modest housing recovery.
Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that the rate on the 30-year loan declined to 3.59 percent, down from 3.66 percent last week. Five weeks ago, the rate fell to 3.49 percent, the lowest since long-term mortgages began in the 1950s.
The average on the 15-year fixed mortgage, a popular refinancing option, slipped to 2.86 percent. That's down from 2.89 percent last week and from the record low of 2.80 percent five weeks ago.
Cheap mortgages are a key reason the housing market is finally started to rebound five years after the bubble burst.
Sales of newly built and previously occupied homes are well above last year's levels. Prices have increased consistently, largely because the supply of homes has shrunk while sales have risen. And builder confidence is at its highest level in five years.
Still, the housing market has a long way back to full health. Some economists forecast that sales of previously occupied homes will rise 8 percent this year to about 4.6 million. That's well below the 5.5 million annual sales considered healthy. Many people are still having difficulty qualifying for home loans or can't afford larger down payments required by banks.
Mortgage rates are low because they tend to track the yield on the 10-year Treasury note. A weaker U.S. economy and uncertainty about how Europe will resolve its debt crisis have led investors to buy more Treasury securities, which are considered safe investments. As demand for Treasurys increase, the yield falls.
To calculate average rates, Freddie Mac surveys lenders across the country on Monday through Wednesday of each week.
The average does not include extra fees, known as points, which most borrowers must pay to get the lowest rates. One point equals 1 percent of the loan amount.
The average fee for 30-year loans was 0.6 point, down from 0.7 point last week. The fee for 15-year loans also slipped to 0.6 point from 0.7.
The average rate on one-year adjustable rate mortgages fell to 2.63 percent from 2.66 percent last week. The fee for one-year adjustable rate loans was unchanged at 0.4 point.
The average rate on five-year adjustable rate mortgages declined to 2.78 percent from 2.80 percent. The fee held steady at 0.6 point.

Sony just threw itself fully into the touchscreen Windows 8 arena -- it's introducing the VAIO Duo 11 slider tablet and the Tap 20 combination desktop and tablet design at its IFA 2012 press conference. The Duo 11 is a noticeably amped-up realization of the Hybrid concept we saw at CES. Its 11.6-inch, 1080p touchscreen is joined by a proper digitizer stylus for low-lag handwriting as well as some seriously powerful innards for a convertible PC its size: we're talking an Ultrabook-level Core i3, i5 or i7 as well as a 128GB or 256GB SSD, NFC wireless, GPS, and HD-capable cameras at the front and back. Sony is hoping for a late October release for this beast of a slate, although we haven't been given that all-important price.
The VAIO Tap 20, meanwhile, is more than just a tilting all-in-one desktop in the vein of Lenovo's IdeaCentre A720. Despite carrying a 20-inch, 1,600 x 900 touchscreen, it's still very much battery-powered -- you can lug the 11.4-pound PC into the living room and treat it like a tiny multi-touch table, if that's your inclination. It's sharing the same processor picks as the Duo 11, but it turns to more conventional 750GB or 1TB hard drives and puts the emphasis on shareable apps like Family Paint and the Fingertapps Organizer calendar. Not surprisingly, there's only one, front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera here, although NFC does make the cut. The Tap 20 is due to arrive at about the same time as its smaller Duo 11 sibling, although we're once again without details of how much it will cost.

If you would like to build more muscle mass, try to do less repetitions of heaver weights. You will need to increase your weight gradually and strive to lift the heaviest that you possibly can for a minimum of five repetitions. When you can life for five repetitions, it is time to increase weights.
You need to drink at least 4 liters of water every day if you want your muscles to grow. The body needs water to function properly but muscles need water to be able to rebuild after a workout and to grow in size. Drinking water is easy if you carry a water bottle with you everywhere you go.
Beginners at weight lifting should take one day off in between each day of exercise. This will help to prevent injury, because it gives your muscles a chance to recuperate. If you are trying to build muscle, eat several small meals a day instead of three large ones. Consider employing the services of a personal trainer. An experienced personal training can use their expertise to create a tailor-made workout plan for you to follow, which will help you to build your muscles quickly and safely. Focus on one thing at a time. If you want to build mass, you should concentrate on mass building exercises rather than developing your cardio. Do not spend your money on expansive training methods or supplements. You can get in shape and gain mass naturally with a few simple exercises. Develop a good work out routine and focus on doing more sets or adding an extra training session every week instead of following a miracle method.
To gain that lean muscle mass, be sure to use free weights. These have been proven to work better than cables and machines for building lean muscle. Free weights allow you to use many different muscles as you lift. This way, you will be stimulating added muscle growth by working the extra muscles.

Muscles need recovery time to repair damage and build new fibers. Working out too frequently or too aggressively can work against you in the long run.

Open source software has been on the rise during the economic downturn, because of its agility, flexibility and customization. Now, we arrived at the point when openness is being accepted for cloud computing. Open source was born in an effort to make technology more collaborative, affordable and available to everyone.
I believe that soon the cloud space will embrace open-source software. OpenStack is a successful project founded by NASA and Rackspace. OpenStack is a cloud operating system that controls large pools of compute, storage, and networking resources throughout a datacenter, all managed through a dashboard that gives administrators control while empowering their users to provision resources through a web interface. This would allow anyone to deliver cloud computing services to others.
Open source has severalkey dimensions that contribute to its success:
- Licenses that permit and encourage redistribution, modification, and even forking;
- An architecture that enables programs to be used as components wherever possible, and extended rather than replaced to provide new functionality;
- Low barriers for new users to try the software;

How pandas pick perfect spot to pee
Wild giant pandas are endangered loners that roam remote bamboo forests in the mountains of China. When the bears actually want to find each other ? typically during their short mating window ? it's important that they pick the perfect place to leave their scent.
So what qualities do peeing pandas look for in a tree? Researchers say bark roughness helps the pandas' scent carry, while a large width makes for an easier target to aim at, especially for male pandas spraying urine in a handstand.
Researchers monitored where pandas left their pee and smelly anogenital gland secretions (AGS) ? a waxy substance that carries information about a panda's sex and age ? in the Qinling Mountains from 2007 to 2008. They found that the pandas preferred to leave both scents on rough bark, which might ensure the odor is captured by the crevices and doesn't evaporate quickly.
The pandas also liked to leave their scent higher off the ground, maximizing the size of the odor field, the researchers said. To get their urine up as high as possible, male pandas often bust out a handstand and let it spray. This, in turn, could explain why the pandas tended to pee on wider trees. "Aiming urine backwards and hitting the target is probably no easy task, particularly when doing a handstand," the researchers wrote in the July 2012 issue of the journal Animal Behavior, "so selection of larger trees for urine marks probably maximizes the amount of urine that reaches the target."
The study's authors initially thought moss might have the same effect as bark roughness, serving as a sponge for the pandas' scent. But moss cover seemed to make little difference in where the pandas peed.
What's more, the bears liked to leave their waxy gland secretions (also called "long-lasting calling cards" by some) on trees with no moss. One explanation for this could be that the bark's sap might bind to scent chemicals and keep them potent. Moss cover might prevent that from happening, the researchers said.
The panda's deliberate scent-marking moves are likely tied to energy efficiency. The bears almost exclusively survive on bamboo, which contains just slightly more energy than it takes to consume it.
"These choices have clear effects on the scent signal, making it last longer, be detected from (farther) away, or otherwise enhance its communication efficiency," Ron Swaisgood, a San Diego Zoo researcher involved in the study, said in a statement.

AMC Theatres releasing horror film "Smiley"
LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - AMC Theatres will release the horror film "Smiley" through a partnership with Fever Productions, the theater chain said Monday.
The film will debut on October 12, through AMC's independent platform on 28 screens in 14 mostly urban markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston and Atlanta. AMC will also spearhead the marketing campaign.
"Smiley" is written and directed by Michael Gallagher, creator of the YouTube channel Totally Sketch. The film was co-written by Glasgow Phillips ("South Park"), and produced by Michael Wormser ("Some Guy Who Kills People") of Level 10 Films. "Totally Sketch" and its comic shorts command an audience of over 11 million subscribers.
"Smiley," with its ample blood and gore, represents a change of pace for the new media impresario. It centers on an insane college student named Ashley (Caitlin Gerard of "Magic Mike") who summons a mysterious serial killer named "Smiley" through the internet.
The deal was brokered by Michael Gallagher and Michael Wormser for Fever Productions and Nikkole Denson-Randolph, Vice President of Alternative and Special Content at AMC.
In addition to the AMC release, the film will be available on more traditional platforms including DVD, Blu-ray, iTunes, Redbox and cable VOD after the traditional theatrical release window has closed.

Oxford University scientists have discovered a compound that greatly boosts the effect of vaccines against viruses like flu, HIV and herpes in mice.
An 'adjuvant' is a substance added to a vaccine to enhance the immune response and offer better protection against infection.
The Oxford University team, along with Swedish and US colleagues, have shown that a type of polymer called polyethyleneimine (PEI) is a potent adjuvant for test vaccines against HIV, flu and herpes when given in mice.
The researchers were part-funded by the UK Medical Research Council and report their findings in the journal Nature Biotechnology.
Mice given a single dose of a flu vaccine including PEI via a nasal droplet were completely protected against a lethal dose of flu. This was a marked improvement over mice given the flu vaccine without an adjuvant or in formulations with other adjuvants.
The Oxford researchers now intend to test the PEI adjuvant in ferrets, a better animal model for studying flu. They also want to understand how long the protection lasts for. It is likely to be a couple of years before a flu vaccine using the adjuvant could be tested in clinical trials in humans, the researchers say.
'Gaining complete protection against flu from just one immunisation is pretty unheard of, even in a study in mice,' says Professor Quentin Sattentau of the Dunn School of Pathology at Oxford University, who led the work. 'This gives us confidence that PEI has the potential to be a potent adjuvant for vaccines against viruses like flu or HIV, though there are many steps ahead if it is ever to be used in humans.'
HIV, flu and herpes are some of the most difficult targets to develop vaccines against. HIV and flu viruses are able to change and evolve to escape immune responses stimulated by vaccines. There aren't any effective vaccines against HIV and herpes as yet, and the flu vaccine needs reformulating each year and doesn't offer complete protection to everyone who receives it. Finding better adjuvants could help in developing more effective vaccines against these diseases.
Most vaccines include an adjuvant. The main ingredient of the vaccine ? whether it is a dead or disabled pathogen, or just a part of the virus or bacteria causing the disease ? primes the body's immune system so it knows what to attack in case of infection. But the adjuvant is needed as well to stimulate this process.
While the need for adjuvants in vaccines has been recognised for nearly 100 years, the way adjuvants work has only recently been understood. The result has been that only a small set of adjuvants is used in current vaccines, often for historical reasons.
The most common adjuvant by far is alum, an aluminium-containing compound that has been given in many different vaccines worldwide for decades. However, alum is not the most potent adjuvant for many vaccine designs.
'There is a need to develop new adjuvants to get the most appropriate immune response from vaccines,' says Professor Sattentau, who is also a James Martin Senior Fellow at the Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford.
The Oxford University team found that PEI, a standard polymer often used in genetic and cell biology, has strong adjuvant activity.
When included in a vaccine with a protein from HIV, flu or herpes virus, mice subsequently mounted a strong immune response against that virus. The immune response was stronger than with other adjuvants that are currently being investigated.
The team also showed that PEI is a potent adjuvant in rabbits, showing the effect is not just specific to mice and could be general.
Another potential advantage of PEI is that it works well as an adjuvant for 'mucosal vaccines'. These vaccines are taken up the nose or in the mouth and absorbed through the mucus-lined tissues there, getting rid of any pain and anxiety from a needle. Mucosal vaccines may also be better in some ways as mucosal tissues are the sites of infection for these diseases (airways for respiratory diseases, genital mucosa for HIV and herpes).
Professor Sattentau suggests that: 'In the best of all possible worlds, you could imagine people would have one dose of flu vaccine that they'd just sniff up their nose or put under their tongue. And that would be it: no injections and they'd be protected from flu for a number of years.
'It's just a vision for the future at the moment, but this promising adjuvant suggests it is a vision that is at least possible.'

'Cyborg': Growing artificial tissues with embedded nanoscale sensors
ScienceDaily (Aug. 26, 2012) ? A multi-institutional research team has developed a method for embedding networks of biocompatible nanoscale wires within engineered tissues. These networks -- which mark the first time that electronics and tissue have been truly merged in 3D -- allow direct tissue sensing and potentially stimulation, a potential boon for development of engineered tissues that incorporate capabilities for monitoring and stimulation, and of devices for screening new drugs.
The researcher team -- led by Daniel Kohane, MD, PhD, in the Department of Anesthesia at Boston Children's Hospital; Charles M. Lieber, PhD, at Harvard University; and Robert Langer, ScD, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology -- reported their work online on August 26 in Nature Materials.
One of the major challenges in developing bioengineered tissues is creating systems to sense what is going on (e.g., chemically, electrically) within a tissue after it has been grown and/or implanted. Similarly, researchers have struggled to develop methods to directly stimulate engineered tissues and measure cellular reactions.
"In the body, the autonomic nervous system keeps track of pH, chemistry, oxygen and other factors, and triggers responses as needed," Kohane explained. "We need to be able to mimic the kind of intrinsic feedback loops the body has evolved in order to maintain fine control at the cellular and tissue level."
With the autonomic nervous system as inspiration, a postdoctoral fellow in the Kohane lab, Bozhi Tian, PhD, and his collaborators built mesh-like networks of nanoscale silicon wires -- about 80 nm in diameter -- shaped like flat planes or in a "cotton-candy"-like reticular conformation. The networks were porous enough to allow the team to seed them with cells and encourage those cells to grow in 3D cultures.
"Previous efforts to create bioengineered sensing networks have focused on 2D layouts, where culture cells grow on top of electronic components, or on conformal layouts where probes are placed on tissue surfaces," said Tian. "It is desirable to have an accurate picture of cellular behavior within the 3D structure of a tissue, and it is also important to have nanoscale probes to avoid disruption of either cellular or tissue architecture."
"The current methods we have for monitoring or interacting with living systems are limited," said Lieber. "We can use electrodes to measure activity in cells or tissue, but that damages them. With this technology, for the first time, we can work at the same scale as the unit of biological system without interrupting it. Ultimately, this is about merging tissue with electronics in a way that it becomes difficult to determine where the tissue ends and the electronics begin."
"Thus far, this is the closest we've come to incorporating into engineered tissues electronic components near the size of structures of the extracellular matrix that surrounds cells within tissues," Kohane added.
Using heart and nerve cells as their source material and a selection of biocompatible coatings, the team successfully engineered tissues containing embedded nanoscale networks without affecting the cells' viability or activity. Via the networks, the researchers could detect electrical signals generated by cells deep within the engineered tissues, as well as measure changes in those signals in response to cardio- or neurostimulating drugs.
Lastly, the team demonstrated that they could construct bioengineered blood vessels with embedded networks and use those networks to measure pH changes within and outside the vessels -- as would be seen in response to inflammation, ischemia and other biochemical or cellular environments.
"This technology could turn some basic principles of bioengineering on their head," Kohane said. "Most of the time, for instance, your goal is to create scaffolds on which to grow tissues and then have those scaffolds degrade and dissolve away. Here, the scaffold stays, and actually plays an active role."
The team members see multiple future applications for this technology, from hybrid bioengineered "cyborg" tissues that sense changes within the body and trigger responses (e.g., drug release, electrical stimulation) from other implanted therapeutic or diagnostic devices, to development of "lab-on-a-chip" systems that would use engineered tissues for screening of drug libraries.

Some weeks ago, The Cologne court in Germany has stirred a public controversy about circumcision. Muslims and Jews always circumcise their children before they reach their fourth years.
The problem of this religious practice and ritual was initiated when a Muslim parent appealed to a Muslim doctor to circumcise their four-year-old son. The Muslim doctor did the operation to the child, but later the child was injured and ended up in hospital. Many people started to doubt circumcision and called for its ban from the German society.
The matter was reported to the court of Cologne which regarded the act as a sort of crime that violates Germany?s constitutional protection of every child?s body.
Circumcision is a surgical removal of some or the entire foreskin (prepuce) from the male penis. The practice is common and nearly universal in the Muslim world. It is spreading in Germany, which is now home to about four million Muslims. Official figures point out that each year 3,000 circumcisions are carried out, though the real figure might go beyond that.
The Cologne court emphasized that circumcision causes bodily harm to boys and it is a criminal act. But for both Jews and Muslims, circumcision has a religious significance and implication.
According to Reuters, a poll released a month ago suggested almost half of Germans support the ban on the religious circumcision of boys. The YouGov survey showed 45 percent wanted to end the Islamic and Jewish tradition. About 42 percent were not in favor of the ban and 13 percent had no opinion.
However, the German Ethics Council, an independent council headed by wise men, religious scholars and experts in other domains, which debates and resolves controversial issues in Germany, has put an end to the problem for the benefit of Muslims and Jews after a long dispute.
The council has put many restrictions on circumcision, one of which is that circumcision should not be harmful to the child. Besides parents? permission, the boy should agree to circumcision regardless of his mental and intellectual perceptions of circumcision.
Many people think that these restrictions are more likely to reinforce many families to travel to other countries to circumcise their children and thus comply with this religious right.
By banning this religious tradition across the country, the German government sparked anger among the Muslim and the Jewish communities who saw in it a transgression upon their religious freedom.

MIAMI (CNN) ? Heavy rain and strong wind from Tropical Storm Isaac pounded parts of south Florida on Sunday, but the threat to the state lessened as forecasters said the storm would move west of its originally predicted path.
Isaac, which should strengthen into a hurricane in the next day or two, is expected now to strike further west, anywhere between Florida and Louisiana. The entire area from east of Morgan City, Louisiana, to Destin on the Florida Panhandle was under a hurricane warning.
It appeared the storm would mostly bypass Florida?s west coast and the Republican National Convention in Tampa, where the schedule was pushed back a day by organizers.
?The best thing to do in a storm like this is get out of its way,? said Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, who urged residents to prepare for the worst.
He, along the governors of Louisiana and Alabama declared states of emergencies to help cope with the storm, which could make landfall near or on the August 29 seventh anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
As of 8 p.m. ET Sunday, Isaac was about 60 miles southwest of Key West, Florida, and heading into the southeastern Gulf of Mexico, according to the National Hurricane Center. Packing sustained winds of 65 miles per hour, it was moving west-northwest at 15 mph.
A day after slamming Haiti, where at least six deaths were reported, Isaac slowed a little while passing through the Straits of Florida and lashing Cuba and the Florida Keys. The storm was expected to gain strength as it moves through the warm Gulf waters.
By late Monday afternoon or early evening, Isaac?s eye is forecast to be well west of Tampa. It is expected to make landfall on Wednesday ? Katrina?s anniversary. By then it could be a Category 2 hurricane with winds of at least 96 mph.
?We are just on high alert. I know the anxiety level is high,? New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu said. ?The storm is somewhat uncertain. Out of an abundance of caution we will begin to take these precautions as quickly as we can.?
He said neither the airport, convention center nor Superdome would be shelters of last resort as they were in 2005.
?We are much, much better prepared structurally than before,? he said, adding, ?If you are called upon, you should leave.?
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal called for voluntary evacuations in 15 parishes.
Officials in Plaquemines Parish declared a state of emergency and began preparing for the storm by bolstering levees and adding additional flood protection devices to low-lying highway areas.
Florida Gov. Rick Scott said some areas in his state had no power.
?We are experiencing some minor outages in the southern part of the state,? he said at a news conference in Tampa. He said his main concern for Tampa was no longer a direct hit from Isaac but tropical storm force winds.
Even with the change in the storm?s predicted track, GOP officials decided to push back Monday?s scheduled start of the Republican National Convention in Tampa by one day, hoping the move will make it safer and easier for delegates to attend.
Some airlines had canceled some flights between airports in south Florida. Officials at Miami-Dade Airport said 555 flights, both arrivals and departures, were canceled Sunday.
In Key West, the southernmost point in the United States, heavy rains lashed boarded-up windows. Hotels were largely vacant even though no evacuation orders had been issued. By Sunday evening, the skies had started to clear.
Scientists from the U.S. Geological Society were concerned that Isaac, headed towards areas hit by Tropical Storm Debby in June, will compound damage done there, especially dune and beach erosion.
?Tropical Storm Debby eroded many beaches along Florida?s west central coast, impacting the property of many gulf-side residents and hotels,? Hilary Stockdon, a USGS oceanographer, said in a written statement. ?Beaches typically take years to recover from severe storm impact.?
Lee County, in southwest Florida, ordered residents in six communities, including the popular tourist spot of Fort Myers Beach, to evacuate, citing the possibility of significant storm surge.
The U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement said Sunday that 39 production platforms and eight oil rigs in the Gulf had been evacuated already. BP said it will evacuate all oil platform workers in the Gulf on Monday.
Meanwhile, authorities in Haiti were assessing Isaac?s aftermath.
The storm left at least six people dead when it struck the impoverished Caribbean nation on Saturday, pounding camps where hundreds of thousands of people live in tents.
The country is still recovering from a devastating earthquake that struck more than two years ago, and its challenges are compounded by the fact it is led by a relatively new government with limited resources. All that said, the top U.N. humanitarian official in the nation praised the initial response efforts.
?So far, I think we?re faring reasonably well in our response,? Kevin Kennedy said Saturday, referring to the efforts of the Haitian government, U.N. agencies and nongovernmental organizations.

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) ? "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi gave birth to her first child, a boy, MTV reported Sunday.
The reality TV star and her fiance, Jionni LaValle, welcomed 6-pound, 5-ounce Lorenzo Dominic LaValle into the world at just before 3 a.m. Sunday at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., MTV reported on its website, citing a Polizzi rep.
"The world just got another Guido!!!," a Polizzi rep told MTV. "Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!"
MTV congratulated Polizzi and her fiance and looked toward the newborn's possible appearance on "Jersey Shore."
"We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!," MTV said in a statement. "We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie."
MTV has said it's bringing "Jersey Shore" back for a sixth season, with the 24-year-old Snooki as part of the action, but has declined to offer specifics on how big a part Snooki will play in the show about hard-partying Italian-American friends.
