(AP) ? An independent group is spending $7 million on television ads in which former supporters of Barack Obama explain why they won't vote to re-elect him.

Three voters in the 60-second ad from Americans for Prosperity say they voted for Barack Obama in 2008 but now criticize him for heavy spending, the Democrats' health care overhaul and a lousy economy.

One voter says "the president has not earned re-election in 2012." Another says he worries about the country and regrets casting his ballot for Obama in 2008.

Americans for Prosperity says the ad will air in 11 states, starting Wednesday. The ads do not mention presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney but are likely to help him.

The group was formed by the conservative billionaire brothers Charles and David Koch (kohk).
